How are agencies verified?

Every agency submits their license and business details for review before they can list anything. Only approved, licensed agencies appear on the marketplace.

How are packages, hotels, and flights reviewed?

Every listing is checked by our team before it goes live, so what you see in search results has already passed a review.

What if none of the packages fit what I'm looking for?

Post a custom package request with your dates, budget, and preferences. Licensed agencies can send you proposals, and you choose the one you like.

Can I cancel an inquiry or booking?

You can cancel an inquiry from My Inquiries while it is still pending. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation terms are set by the agency you booked with — check with them directly.

Is my personal information shared with agencies?
