1. What Haram Way is
Haram Way is an online marketplace that lists Umrah packages, hotels, and flights from independent, licensed travel agencies, and lets visitors send inquiries or custom package requests to those agencies. Haram Way is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, or hotel, and is not a party to any booking made between you and an agency.
2. Bookings are between you and the agency
When you send an inquiry or accept a proposal, you are entering into an arrangement directly with the listing agency. That agency is responsible for the accuracy of their listing, fulfilling the booking, collecting payment, and handling cancellations, refunds, or complaints. Haram Way does not process payments and is not responsible for the agency's performance.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding travel booking, or act with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in an inquiry, request, or review.
- Use the platform to harass an agency or attempt to circumvent the marketplace for fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with the platform's normal operation or security.
5. Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the agency being reviewed. We may remove reviews that violate this or that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the listing.
6. Listing accuracy
While every listing is reviewed by our team before publication, Haram Way does not guarantee that listing details (price, availability, inclusions) remain accurate at every moment — confirm final details with the agency before paying.
7. Limitation of liability
Haram Way provides the marketplace "as is" and is not liable for losses arising from a booking, travel arrangement, or dispute between you and an agency, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Haram Way after a change means you accept the updated terms.
